Where we ship
Within the United States only. We do not ship internationally and we do not ship to freight forwarders.
Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown in full before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within one to two business days of payment clearing. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed the next business day.
Transit time
Parcels move by USPS Priority Mail. Transit time belongs to the carrier and is not guaranteed by us.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Check the address on your confirmation email as soon as it arrives.
Addresses
We ship to the address you supply. We cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier. A parcel returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect address is refunded less shipping, or reshipped at your cost.
Handling and storage
Materials ship as lyophilized powder. Store them on arrival as the certificate for your lot indicates.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
Report a damaged parcel, or a parcel marked delivered but not received, within seven days of the delivery date or the expected delivery date. Include photographs where there is damage. We will open a carrier claim and replace or refund once it resolves. We are not responsible for carrier delay.
Delivery confirmation
Delivery confirmation is included. Where the carrier records a delivery to your address, that record is treated as delivery.
