These terms govern your use of reforgedcompounds.com and every order placed through it. Using the site means you accept them.
1. Research use only
Every material sold here is supplied for laboratory research use. It is not a drug, supplement, cosmetic or food, it is not approved by the FDA for use in humans or animals and it must not be administered to either. This restriction survives your purchase and applies to anyone you transfer the material to. The full statement is in our Research Use Disclaimer.
2. Who may buy
You must be 21 or older and a qualified researcher or an authorized purchaser acting for a laboratory, institution or business. We sell within the United States only. We may refuse or cancel any order without giving a reason.
3. Accounts and access
The catalog is visible only to account holders. You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done under your account. Accounts are personal to you and are not transferable. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
4. Your obligations as purchaser
You are the end user of record. You will store, handle and dispose of materials lawfully and safely, you will not administer them to any person or animal, you will not resell or redistribute them for such use and you will comply with every rule that applies to your work. You accept sole responsibility for the consequences of your use.
5. Orders, pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and are shown with each item. We may change prices at any time before an order is placed. Listings are not offers, and an order is accepted only when we confirm dispatch. Stock is limited and we may cancel an unfulfilled order with a full refund. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout. We do not store full card details. Payment is processed by our payment provider under its own terms. Orders that fail verification are cancelled and refunded.
7. Shipping, returns and refunds
Governed by the Shipping Policy and the Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
8. Certificates of analysis
Each documented lot has a certificate issued by an analytical laboratory reporting identity and purity for that lot. Certificates describe the material tested. They are not a warranty of suitability for any purpose, and they carry no implication of safety in humans or animals. Where a certificate marks a section as not tested, that section was not tested.
9. Warranties and limitation of liability
Materials are supplied as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Intellectual property
Site content, certificates as published, photography and branding belong to Reforged Compounds. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
11. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site, probe it, interfere with it or use it to break the law. Do not misrepresent who you are or what you intend to do with what you buy.
12. Privacy
Covered by the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you order. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts sitting in Texas.
15. General
If a clause is unenforceable the rest stands. Failing to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms plus the policies they reference are the entire agreement between us.
